These terms cover your use of launches.app, run by Ketryon AB (org. no. 559551-1030). By making an account, launching a product, voting or booking an ad you agree to them.

You sign in with a link sent to your email. One account per person; keep your inbox secure, because anyone with access to it can sign in as you.

We can suspend accounts that break these terms.

You can launch a product you made or have permission to launch. What you submit must be accurate: name, description, screenshots and makers.

• Each week takes 50 free launches. Past that, free launches go to the next week with room.
• We review launches and can decline or remove one that is spam, misleading, illegal or not a real product.
• Your launch page stays up after the week ends, in the archive.

One vote per account per launch. The board ranks launches by votes, and nothing else.

• Don't buy, trade or automate votes, or ask people to make accounts just to vote for you.
• If we find that happening we can remove the votes, reset the ranking or take the launch off the board.

You keep ownership of everything you post: launches, comments and profile details. You give us permission to show it on launches, in the weekly newsletter and in shares of your launch.

Don't post anything you don't have the rights to, anything hateful or harassing, or anything that breaks the law.

Pick your week is a one-time payment (currently $19) that books your launch for a Monday you choose, from paid-pick spots kept apart from the free queue. It includes a followed (dofollow) link from your launch page for as long as the page is up.

It does not buy votes, a higher rank or a label. If we can't run your launch in the week you booked, we refund you in full. If we remove the launch for breaking these terms, the payment isn't refunded.

Free launches link out with rel="ugc". A week's top three and Pick your week launches get a followed link. Ads always use rel="sponsored".

The launch badge is optional. Nothing on launches ever requires you to link back to us.

Ads are labelled, reviewed before they run and never sit in the ranking. The advertising page lists the placements and rules; booking an ad means agreeing to them too.

We run launches as well as we can, but we provide it as it is. We don't promise any amount of traffic, votes or sign-ups, and we aren't liable for indirect losses from using it. Products listed are the makers' own; try them at your own judgement.

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we'll say so on the site or by email before it applies. The date at the top shows the latest version.

These terms follow Swedish law, and disputes go to the Swedish courts. If you use launches as a consumer, you keep the protection your own country's law gives you. Questions go to hello@ketryon.com, or by post to Ketryon AB, Solbackavägen 13D, 632 22 Eskilstuna, Sweden.
